Thursday of the First week of the Holy Lent (Taste and See that Nothing is Kinder than the Lord )
 Blessed me Lord with a contrite heart, which qualifies for Your sweet taste
You are my strength and praising and my salvation did not leave me till death
You order the wind and the waves and the storm become subdued
You illuminate my lantern and develop the seed of Your  grace in my heart
You remove the yeast of desires and grant me the bread of the purity and the righteousness.
You fill me from Your love and Your light to love my brothers
You open my ears to hear You and You release my tongues stuttering to praise you
You invite me to Your supper and grant me cross to carry within gladness and happiness.
You fill me with power, wisdom, rightness, holiness and with Your grace.
You are the engulfing fire which eats all weakness and burns the bad entities
You grant me Yourself, to appreciate the kindness and drink from the salvation's source
